This service includes a phone call with Linda followed by a detailed written evaluation report that will be sent to you via email. The report will summarize the call and include a recap of ergonomic principles to promote neutral posture and comfort. The report will also include recommendations for equipment should it be beneficial.
The report will state the vendors where the equipment can be purchased detailing the item numbers and price. Budget friendly items will always be recommended as much as possible.

3. Upload photos showing your work space with the equipment in it to include chair, keyboard, mouse, etc. Its always helpful if you are in the photo interacting with your work station.
4. Linda will review your information and provide ergonomic solutions on the Google Meet call.
While I will always try to get my clients comfortable by assisting them with making adjustments to their existing equipment, often that isn’t possible due to the equipment being older or uncomfortable. New equipment may be beneficial to promote comfort and good posture. Typical equipment recommendations include chair, keyboard, mouse and sit/stand desks.
